Religious Education

The aims of Religious Education at Corpus Christi are:

To develop an appreciation of the love of God, the wonders of God’s Creation and the dignity of the human person.
To develop an awareness of and respect for, self and others through the knowledge of the life faith tradition and mission of the Catholic Church.
To understand and respect the practice of religion as a global and cultural perspective.
To foster the skills of reflection, discernment, critical thinking, judging and decision making in the light of an informed conscience.
To develop the ability to critically reflect on the surrounding culture using the perspective of Catholic faith and traditions.
To develop students who actively live a life of discipleship.
